If you want to free up time and energy to focus on the parts of your business you LOVE doing…

If you’re ready to scale and grow your revenue…

You need systems and support.

You love being CEO — of your life and your business.

And given how dope your business is, things have been taking off, which is amazing…

…except that it feels like said business is starting to run you instead of the other way around.

Oof.

You’re working long hours, Post-It notes are stuck to your face after falling asleep at your desk because that’s how you “keep track” of your to-do list, and you’re forgetting why you started this thing to begin with.

You still love it, but it’s a lot. It’s lonely. It’s exhausting. And — to quote the ‘03 rom-com starring the fabulous Diane Keaton and Jack Nicholson —

Something’s gotta give.

You know how they say that having a kid takes a village? Well, so does having a business. It might’ve been fine going it alone for a while, but now that your business is growing, there are too many tasks to possibly handle yourself without losing sleep. And let’s be real – sleep is too damn good to lose.

What if…

😃 You had a trusted partner in your corner who could help keep an eye on the big picture of your business and its goals, help you make strategic decisions, and delegate to your team?

😃 You had the time to focus meaningfully on the $500+ per hour tasks that only you can handle instead of spreading yourself thin attempting to do ALL the things?

😃 The back-end of your business was organized, standardized, and efficient? Systems and protocol in place for all recurring tasks — documented and up-to-date, of course — so that you and your team know what’s expected, what to do when and how?

If all this sounds like a big sigh of relief, good! As your online business manager, I’m here to help.

If you’re like, “Hold up — What’s an Online Business Manager?”

An online business manager (OBM) is a virtually based support professional who manages online based businesses, including the day-to-day management of projects, operations, metrics and team.

Unlike a virtual assistant, OBMs are not the primary task doers. Rather, they are the task managers — planning, organizing, and overseeing projects and tasks to completion.

An OBM is to a VA is what a conductor is to the orchestra. The conductor is aware of all the various pieces that go into making the song sound great, but they are not playing every instrument. They are helping to guide the musicians and make sure everything comes together as desired.

The benefits of hiring an OBM are numerous, including but not limited to:

  • boost in profits because there’s more time for CEO to focus on revenue-generating activities

  • hitting goals faster because the workload is balanced among team members

  • ability to scale and add more services or products

  • clear communication to the team

  • clearing out digital clutter that obstructs concentration and productivity

  • the business owner feels supported and avoids burnout

At a high level, I can help with:

  • Goal-setting and strategic planning

  • Managing day-to-day operations

  • Creating systems and automation to save you time, money and frustration

  • Managing projects

  • Hiring and managing your virtual team

  • Tracking metrics and KPI’s

A few examples of projects I can take off your plate:

Setting up your project management tool

Writing, maintaining, and overseeing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

CRM set-up and workflow creation

Email marketing and automation setup

Creating your onboarding/offboarding experience

Setting up your membership area

Creating your marketing approach for a specific product or service

Creating your customer experience journey

Creating your sales funnels

Thinking of something I haven’t mentioned? Ask me about it. :)

Signs You Might Be Ready For An OBM

  • You have no project management tool (or a very messy one), though you see how it could be valuable to keep projects and tasks organized and moving forward on time and budget. You need help setting it up and learning how to use it.

  • You currently run your business on the fly without any time-blocking, systems, or recurring tasks in place. You need help choosing and integrating tech tools that make the different parts of your sales funnel flow together with as much as automation as possible.

  • The admin and back-end of your business is taking up time that you could be using toward creative and/or revenue-generating activities.

  • You want to hire a team member or two, but finding and onboarding great people feels like another full-time job that you just don’t have time for.

  • You already have a small team, but feel like you have to micromanage them because no one’s totally clear what needs to be done, how to retrieve files or information needed, etc. This has become a bottleneck in your business instead of providing the relief it’s supposed to give you.

  • You treat your clients well, but also feel that they’re not getting the smooth, nurtured, exciting experience you want them to have from onboarding to offboarding — and you’re ready to change that.

  • Your monthly revenue is growing, but you know you can’t keep it up or scale further unless you have support.

  • You feel like you’re operating in a vacuum and want a strategic partner and co-pilot to come in and help brainstorm with you, and keep an eye on all the objectives so nothing slips through the cracks, and stay on the lookout for ways to increase efficiency wherever possible.

Already feel the stress melting away? 😉
